- Delivery time depends on the availability of goods and ranges from 0 to 5 business days.
- The store delivers parcels to the customer via InPost within Poland and reserves the right to use other carriers for faster delivery outside Poland, in accordance with the delivery costs provided when placing the order.
- The Store is obliged to deliver the product being the subject of the Sales Agreement without defects.
- If the Customer is not present at the address indicated by him as the delivery address, the Supplier's Employee will leave a note or try to contact by phone to determine the date on which the Customer will be available. If the ordered Goods are returned to the Store by the Supplier, the Store will contact the Customer by e-mail or telephone to re-determine the date and cost of delivery.
- The customer can choose one of the following payment methods:

Can I place an order without registering?
Yes, you can order products in the store without having an account. However, we recommend that you register as this way you can track your purchases and their status.
Is online grocery shopping safe? How do you pack the goods you ship?
Yes, it's absolutely safe. The goods we send are properly secured so that they are not damaged during shipping. The goods are stored under appropriate conditions in the warehouse.
How long will I wait for the ordered goods?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. We ship goods from Monday to Friday until 13:00. We ship after the payment is credited to the store's account.
What type of delivery can I choose?
In the online store you can choose different delivery options - personal collection at the company's headquarters is not available. SuppleVit (MMIV) uses courier delivery by InPost within Poland, however, we reserve the right to use other courier companies for delivery outside of Poland.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return goods within 14 days. To keep this deadline, it is enough to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract for the sale of goods before its expiry to the address supplevithelp@gmail.com.
