Dodaj 250 g płatków Magnesium Menopause Flakes (około 2 filiżanek) na wannę.

Połóż się i relaksuj przez 20 minut.

Kąpiel stóp

Dodaj 125 g Magnesium Menopause Flakes (około 1 filiżanki) do około 5 litrów wody, wystarczającej do pokrycia stóp.

Usiądź i zrelaksuj się przez 20 minut.

Dawkowanie
1 kg Magnesium Sleep Flakes zawiera 120 g magnezu.
