OPIS:

Ölmühle Solling oferuje wyłącznie najwyższą jakość, tzw. „Virgin Coconut Oil“. Olej jest tłoczony mechanicznie z w pełni dojrzałych orzechów kokosowych, produkowany tak, by zachował swoje wartości odżywcze oraz oczywiście jest niewybielany i nierafinowany. Dlatego jego zaletami jest nie tylko subtelna nuta kokosowa, lecz również wartości odżywcze. Dostarcza m.in. średniołańcuchowych kwasów tłuszczowych, jak kwas laurynowy, rzadki mikroelement selen, antyoksydanty i jest wolny od cholesterolu oraz kwasów tłuszczowych trans.

Olej kokosowy to prawdziwa studnia bogactwa nasyconych kwasów tłuszczowych: kwas laurynowy, kwas mirystynowy, kwas palmitynowy, kwas stearynowy, kwas oleinowy, kwas linolowy. Olej kokosowy zawiera około 50 % kwasu laurynowego, który znajduje się również w mleku matki
