SPOSÓB UŻYCIA:

15 g (1 łyżka stołowa) 1 raz dziennie podczas posiłku. Można zwiększać porcję o 15 g co 3 dni do uzyskania optymalnej porcji dostosowanej do swoich potrzeb. Spożycie jednorazowej ilości większej niż zalecana może spowodować dolegliwości żołądkowo-jelitowe.

PRZECIWWSKAZNIA:

Prowadzenie zdrowego trybu życia i stosowanie zróżnicowanej diety są niezbędne dla zachowania dobrego stanu zdrowia. Nie należy przekraczać zalecanej porcji do spożycia w ciągu dnia. Suplementy diety nie mogą być stosowane jako substytut (zamiennik) zróżnicowanej diety.

SPOSÓB PRZECHOWYWANIA:

Suplementy diety powinny być przechowywane w sposób niedostępny dla małych dzieci.
