Likopen z pomidorów Likopen to czerwony barwnik, odpowiedzialny za charakterystyczny kolor pomidorów. Jest to naturalny związek chemiczny z grupy karotenoidów, od lat przyciągający uwagę naukowców ze względu na potencjalne właściwości likopenu.

OPIS:

Badania naukowe sugerują, że likopen może mieć pozytywny wpływ na zdrowie człowieka, w szczególności jako czynnik ochronny przed pewnymi chorobami, w tym chorobami układu sercowo-naczyniowego czy chorobami oczu.
